Submission & Registration
Submitting an abstract is sufficient to participate and present at the conference. The full paper is not mandatory. You may submit your full paper after the conference if you wish to be considered for publication in the proceedings or journals.
Every accepted abstract will be published in the official Abstract Book (with ISBN). After the event, you will also have the opportunity to submit your full paper for publication in the proceedings, selected academic journals, or monographs.
The review process usually takes 7–14 days. If there is a larger number of submissions, it may take slightly longer, but we always notify authors as soon as decisions are available.
No, you are not required to register until your paper is reviewed. However, early registration secures your place in the event. If your abstract is rejected, you can revise and resubmit.
All templates are available on the “Submission” page of our website. They are free to download and designed to make the preparation process easier.
No. Only those authors who will attend the conference (in person or virtually) must register and pay.
No, there are no restrictions on the number of co-authors.

For Listeners
Yes, you are welcome to attend as a listener. Simply register under the “Listener” participation type.

Yes, as long as the abstract submission deadline has not passed. In this case, you must pay the difference between the listener fee and the presenter fee. Please submit a Support Ticket, and we will send you the updated payment link.
Yes, students benefit from reduced listener fees. Please provide proof of student status during registration.
